At Abounding Home Health Care our medical social workers perform biopsychosocial assessments, counsel patients and families regarding decision making and long range planning to address the changing needs of patients as well as adjustment to illness, referrals and the coordination of community resources, interdisciplinary collaboration, and advocacy for homebound patients in Garland, Mesquite, Rockwall, Royse City, Rowlett and throughout the greater DFW metroplex.
